I graduated in 2018 from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) with a B.F.A. in Animation. During my time there, I received four competitive faculty awards and was selected to display my work at five public exhibitions. My senior thesis 3D film was showcased at ArtWalk in MICA's Commencement Exhibition, and I completed an internship with Fifteen Four, leading to freelance commercial work with Ciena.
After graduation, I joined TBC, an acclaimed Baltimore advertising firm, where I specialized in animation, compositing, and motion graphics. Starting as an independent contractor in summer 2018, I was promoted to full-time employee by January 2019. I contributed to projects for notable clients including McCormick, Visit Baltimore, Erickson Living, Connections Academy, AAAS, and MileOne.
Driven to deepen my expertise in 3D animation, I relocated to Portland, Oregon in 2019 to pursue advanced training at CG Spectrum. Over ten months, I earned diplomas in Houdini FX and Nuke VFX Compositing, sharpening my technical skills and expanding my creative toolkit.
In 2021, I moved to Seattle and joined Amazon's D2AS MuDi team as a 3D Motion Designer. For four years, I collaborated with talented motion designers and video editors to create instructional help videos for Amazon Devices and Services—including Alexa, Fire TV, Kindle, and Echo products. I also modeled, textured, and rigged 30+ lifestyle products for Amazon Prime, working extensively in After Effects, Illustrator, Cinema 4D and Element 3D to bring complex product visualizations to life.
Throughout my career, I've cultivated a versatile skillset spanning Houdini, Maya, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Redshift, Octane Render, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite. I'm proficient in specialized tools like Motion 3, After Effects Expressions, Templater, Element 3D, and DUIK Angela, allowing me to tackle diverse creative challenges with confidence.
As I look toward 2026, I'm excited to expand my expertise in emerging technologies including AI-driven workflows, Blender, advanced Redshift rendering, Unreal Engine, and Unity. I'm eager to take on new challenges that push the boundaries of what's possible in motion design and 3D animation.
